Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged or if the incorrect item was shipped.

Please take note "incorrect items" does not include subjective reasons such as size is not what customer expected (if the size chart already stated clearly on the website), not up to expectation and changing mind. However, if the item(s) is has a defect, customer can look for exchange within 7 days from the date of received. Any late response will not be entertained. We will track the date you received your order. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must send a message to tHe Spring Kuching Facebook page's inbox within 14 days of the order date. We will respond promptly and accordingly to your issue and make sure your replacement is sent out. If the replacement item is not available, we will advise you to exchange with an equal amount or amount above the items you purchased or we will refund the full purchase price (apply to the damaged or incorrect item only).

Please provide photos and a description of the damage in the text. 


1. Please allow for a period of up to 14 working days for us to process the refund, you are required to submit your personal details as following below:

2. Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. 

3. The shipping fee is charged only for one time shipment. The Spring Management Service Sdn. Bhd. (801065-K)  shall not be liable for the next shipment charges due to wrong information provided by customer or re-delivery after customer is unavailable to take delivery in the first delivery. 


1. Buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

2. The Spring Management Services Sdn Bhd (801065-K)  (seller) will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. 


1. The Spring Management Services Sdn. Bhd. (801065-K)  may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. In this case, we will notify you and return the payment that you have made. Refund will be credited into Buyer's debit/credit card account depending on the period of time your financial institution required to arrange for the refund.
